THE GUARANTY
Due to the volatile nature of the credit markets, we have a partial guarantee in place. Though our credit partners are confident that they can fund these lines in any type of credit markets, we are not so optimistic and want a built in guarantee rider into all the forms on the right hand side.
The Guaranty Rider provides protection for both us and YOU. It has two parts:
1) Refund of the initial deposit
2) Refund of the partial deposit
First it is important to understand that you CANNOT return the hibernating corporation. It is yours to keep and provided with what it comes with as outlined above, it is a very powerful tool for getting alternate forms of financing that are not related to credit. In other words, a corporation like the one we're providing has significant value by itself as it will greatly enhance your overall marketability to future financiers, lending institutions and banks.
Thus, 50% of the deposit is relieved by you upon securing the corporation. You will get proof of the corporation, it's articles, the UNSECURED CREDIT CARDS, and will verify that everything is in good standing and sign off on the first portion of the deposit.
Next, after 40% of the desired funding is provided (for $1M it will be $400K), you will waive the second half of the deposit. Why 40%? At this point, we feel we've proven the fact that we can fund these lines and have a legitimate product. Thus, to pay off our vendors, our credit partners in helping us secure the credit lines, we have to collect this fee.
The guaranty is null and void and all deposits are retained by our company if the client at any point uses ANY of the credit cards, or puts derogatory liens on the corporation indirectly or directly. Hence it is EXTREMELY crucial to the process that the client stand perfectly still and not do a thing until all of the credit lines have funded. In our estimates this takes between 60 - 90 days.
